本ポリシーは、瀧場大暉（以下「当方」）が提供するマルチチャネル販売データ統合・分析サービスにおける、Amazon Selling Partner API 等を通じて取得する情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

This policy governs how Hiroki Takiba ("we") handles information accessed through the Amazon Selling Partner API and other official APIs while providing multi-channel sales data integration and analytics services.

• 認可いただいた販売パートナー（出品者）の販売・トラフィックデータ（売上、販売個数、セッション、コンバージョン率、在庫・注文に関する集計情報等）。
• 購入者の個人情報（PII）は取得しません。

We access the authorizing selling partner's sales and traffic data (sales, units, sessions, conversion rate, and aggregated inventory/order information). We do not access buyers' personally identifiable information (PII).

取得した情報は、認可いただいたクライアント自身の販売・広告戦略の分析および意思決定支援のためにのみ利用します。当該目的以外には利用しません。

Information is used solely to analyze and support the authorizing client's own sales and advertising decisions, and for no other purpose.

取得した情報の集計・可視化結果は、データ所有者であるクライアント本人に対してのみ提供します。クライアント以外の第三者への共有・提供・販売は一切行いません。

Processed and visualized results are provided only to the client who owns the data. We do not share, provide, or sell the information to any third party.

• 通信は常に暗号化（HTTPS/TLS）した上で行います。
• 認証情報（APIキー・トークン等）は安全に保管し、公開リポジトリへの保存・共有・アプリケーションへのハードコーディングを行いません。
• 情報へのアクセスは、業務上必要な権限を持つ者に限定します。
• 職務に応じたアクセス制御・ネットワークセキュリティ対策を実施します。

All communication is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Credentials are stored securely and are never committed to public repositories, shared, or hard-coded. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, with role-based access controls and network security measures in place.

取得した情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り保管します。クライアントからの要請があった場合、または委託業務の終了・中止時には、複製を含めて速やかに削除・消去します。

Information is retained only for as long as necessary. Upon the client's request, or upon completion or termination of the engagement, we promptly delete and erase the information, including any copies.

Amazon の情報に関するセキュリティインシデントを検知した場合は、該当する認証情報を直ちに失効・ローテーションし、検出後24時間以内に security@amazon.com へ報告します。対応手順は定期的に見直します。

If we detect a security incident involving Amazon information, we immediately revoke and rotate the affected credentials and report it to security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection. Procedures are reviewed periodically.

当方は、Amazon サービスAPI ソリューションプロバイダー契約、利用規約（Acceptable Use Policy）、およびデータ保護ポリシー（Data Protection Policy）を遵守します。

We comply with the Amazon Services API Solution Provider Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Data Protection Policy.
